🌩️ Weather Summary: Multiple Days of Severe Weather Possible
🔮 Short-Term Outlook (Tonight-Friday)
Tonight & Tomorrow: Only small portions of northern Alabama and central to eastern Tennessee under a Slight to Marginal Risk of severe weather, I'm not expecting much activity.
Friday (Day 3): Severe weather should be concentrated in western Tennessee, Mississippi, and areas further west, with just a general chance of thunderstorms in the northern part of our region.
🌪️ Weekend Severe Weather Chances (Saturday-Sunday)
Saturday: Severe weather chances increase first for north/west Alabama and most of Tennessee.
Sunday: Risk shifts to south/east Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
Timing: It looks like the weather may not move into northern Alabama and central to eastern Tennessee until around midnight or later with those of us to the south and east not seeing any impacts until after sunrise.
Risks: I'm thinking mainly a wind risk from a strong squall line, maybe a few line embedded tornadoes and a low hail chance.
🌤️ Upcoming Pattern Change
After Sunday: The pattern may settle down a bit following the system's exit.
Monday: Folks in Tennessee may experience a few showers as a system passes to the north.
Thursday-Friday: Potential coastal system developing.
Temperature Outlook: After the weather moves out Sunday cooler air is going to move in for 4 or 5 days or maybe longer, it will be very spring-like!
Stay weather-aware during this active pattern, especially as we approach the weekend! I'll send another update as we get closer to the weekend. ⚠️
