The Enhanced Risk Area for Tuesday Has Been Expanded

• Expanded Coverage: Enhanced Risk area now includes Birmingham and Chattanooga

• 10% Tornado Threat Expanded: Now includes the Chattanooga Area  

• Increased Wind Threat: 30% damaging wind risk region has expanded southward and eastward

• High Wind Risk Area Added: New 45% damaging wind risk zone stretches from just north of Birmingham through northern Alabama and central to eastern Tennessee
